Eltrak Bulgaria is the authorized dealer of Caterpillar - the technology leader and the world’s largest manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and lift trucks, recognized all over the world as the most efficient and reliable ones. The company is also the authorized distributor of Perkins engines. Established in 1992, Eltrak Bulgaria is one of the first private companies that started the import of construction and mining equipment in the country. Along with the sale of new and used CAT machines, Eltrak Bulgaria offers also rental services of the equipment.
Eltrak Bulgaria’s trade and service centers are located in Sofia, Burgas, Varna and Stara Zagora. The company’s team consists of over 80 qualified specialists, whose training and practice follow CAT standards as well as the proven European trends and experience. As a result the company receives in 2009 its ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The service centers of Eltrak Bulgaria offer warranty and post-warranty services, preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair services. The company follows Caterpillar instructions for the machines maintenance and uses original CAT spare parts and consumables. Built according to CAT uncompromising standards, the Eltrak Bulgaria service shop in Sofia has a total area of 1200 sq.mtrs. Outside of the service centers fifteen mobile units cover the territory of the country, providing technical service for the machines on customers’ job sites.
Eltrak Bulgaria’s modern warehouse maintains parts stock availability in excess of 10 000 line items.
