On April 3-4 the BBLF member Julian Genov will be a key note speaker at a seminar on the topic of "Organizational Behaviour in Real Life". Main goals of the seminar are: to create better prospective of the significance of personal values for the particular person's behavior in the organization and reveal the truth about the popular conception of corporate culture in contradiction to the common public perception.
The meeting aims also to explain the specific features of the Bulgarian corporate climate and achieve better understanding of how important the employee recruiting process is and to answer the question "Why on the Balkans it is much more difficult to find the best people for our organization?"
Julian Genov is known as a specialist in the field of the national psychology special features research. His first book "Why we achieve so little?" digs into these issues and how they affect the ability of the Bulgarians to achieve their business goals effectively.
