An exclusive meeting, part of the Meet BBLF Success series, was held at the new Sofia office of Mussala Insurance Broker, a leading Bulgarian insurance company. The visit on 20 November brought together representatives of more than 30 enterprises within the responsible business community who got an insider’s look into the company and its mission "We Build Trust." BBLF VicePresident Levon Hampartzoumian opened the meeting reminding attendees of the opportunity for BBLF companies to get to know their peers first-hand whileexchanging experience, innovation and best practice.
Commercial DirectorBiser Tsankovski presented the success story of Mussala Insurance Broker. Founded in 2007 by Nikolay Chernev, today the company is among the top 10 in the sector, has over 300 offices across this country and over 200,000 customers thanks to an extensive portfolio of services, a highly-experienced team, and tailored approach. "We strive to provide security, trust, and a future," he said. Football legend Hristo Stoichkov, an ambassador of the combined insurance product named Hat-Trick, welcomed the guests via a special video message. Biser Tsankovski also highlighted the company's responsible campaigns, i.e. the long-term partnership with the Academy of Economics in Svishtov, support for late mountaineer Boyan Petrov’s Road to Dreams initiative for a speed climb to the Kopitoto locality in Vitosha Mountain and sailor Pavlin Nadvorni’s Global Solo Challenge. Every year, Mussala also honours its long-standing employees.
Daniela Pashkulova, Director of General Insurance, presented the company's expertise in the field of property insurance, motor risks, health insurance, as well as more specific risks such as cyber insurance, marine risks, drones, and financial risks in both the Bulgarian and international insurance markets. Mussala Broker provides personalised services to individual and corporate clients offering commitment, prompt and timely action, and efficiency, she said.
Dimitar Smilenov, Leasing Director, pointed out the leasing brokerage department was set up to meet customer needs and offers assistance for all financial products in the market.
Lilyana Stoycheva, Director of Health Insurance and Life Insurance, selected the three winners in the lucky draw who won top-of-the-line products: premium VIP Plan insurance packages.
The conversations continued during the networking cocktail where guests – owners, managers, and senior executives from the BBLF community – shared contacts and experience.
