BBLF’s General Assembly elected Levon Hampartzoumian Vice President and voted in favour of four senior managers as members of the Management Board
Anton Panayotov, Founder and CEO of Alaric Securities, is the new President of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF). He was elected by the General Assembly of the organisation held on 3 June 2025 at Grand Hotel Sofia. “I accept your trust as a responsibility towards BBLF’s mission to generate ideas and activities aimed at this country’s economic development and lasting improvement of the business and social environment,” Anton Panayotov said.
The delegates also voted in favour of Levon Hampartzoumian, Manager of LV Advisory: after two successful terms at the helm of the organisation, he was elected Vice President. “For more than 26 years, the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum has played an essential role in promoting good business practices, which are the solid foundation for attracting investment and sustainable development,” he said.
Two new CEOs were elected members of BBLF’s Management Board. Pavel Kolev, Managing Director of AbbVie in Bulgaria, joined the event with a video address and the company was introduced by Ralitsa Postadzhiyan, Market Access and Government Affairs Director. Vladimir Dichev, Chief Commercial Officer of Electrohold Bulgaria, will resume his company's commitment to BBLF’s vision and activities. In addition, the delegates renewed the mandates of Kamelia Slaveykova, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Shell Bulgaria and a long-standing member of the Forum's Management Board, and Vesela Ilieva, Managing Partner of Unique Estates, who will continue to support the organisation's activities.
The newly elected President, Vice President and Board members committed to develop and implement strategic initiatives to foster high standards of corporate responsibility and sustainability, engage indialogue with all stakeholders, protect the interests of members and promoteBBLF as a vibrant and influential organisation of ethical business.
Representatives of more than 50 BBLF member companies took part in the General Assembly. Executive Director George Ruitchev reported on last year's activities and presented the programme for 2025, and Controller Gilbert McCaul presented his report. The delegates also approved the financial statements for the past period.
A networking cocktail allowed attending CEOs to share ideas for development and collaboration.
