The event was organised for the 28th year under the motto "Bridge between school and business – Giving a hand to our future!". TF FEST is held adhering to the standards adopted by the World Organisation of Educational Enterprises PEN Worldwide. The organisers are the Institute of Education with the Ministry of Education and Science; International Fair Plovdiv; Bulgarian Training Centre Association. BBLF is traditionally a partner and takes part in the evaluation and awarding of the entries submitted in the Corporate Social Responsibility Academy.

TF FEST 2025 took place on 24 and 25 April 2025 in Plovdiv, Hall 6 - International Fair Plovdiv. A total of 116 training firms from Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro participated in the event. During TF FEST, a large number of competitions are held, including the following: stand, team and professional service, catalogue and promotional materials, website, presentation, intellectual property protection, cooperation with a mentor company, Miss and Mr. TF FEST. Some of the TF FEST competitions are based on assignments from companies, ministries and universities, and are assessed by a jury appointed by them. The representatives of business, academia, public administration and the non-governmental sector evaluate the basic, key competences and specific skills of the pupils and students acquired in the educational enterprise. The Corporate Social Responsibility Student Academy once again organised a competition for projects submitted by training forms. The Annual Responsible Business Awards of the Bulgarian Youth Forum of Business Leaders were announced, too. The idea for this competition came from BBLF’s Annual Responsible Business Awards on which it is modelled.

In 2025, 24 training firms from Bulgaria and 1 from Slovenia participated in the competition. In the final round, live in Plovdiv, 10 training firms took part in the final round. Jury members and the training firms managers voted for the winners.

BBLF was a member of the jury that selected the winners and BBLF executive director George Ruitchev attended the ceremony and presented the awards, which are traditionally accompanied by a small financial incentive for the winning teams.
