BBLF’s Annual Responsible Business Awards will champion companies' commitments in seven categories: Investor in the Community, Investor in Knowledge, Investor in the Environment, Investor in Human Capital and Working Conditions, Cause-Related Marketing, Best Social Policy of a Small or Medium Enterprise and Diversity at Work. The latter category was introduced a year ago by the Bulgarian Diversity Charter, and seeks to share best practice in building diverse teams and an inclusive working environment.
One of all the entries will take the special Engage award for employee contribution to a social good project. By entering the competition, companies are also participating in BBLF’s national CSR platform.
