Meet the BBLF Success at MyFlex in Megapark

The fifth edition of the Meet the BBLF Success initiative that took place on 17 May 2022 at Megapark attracted senior members of the BBLF community. CEOs and top executives from 20 member companies attended the exclusive event, which showcased MyFlex, the new and state-of-the-art co-working space that had opened just a few days ago.

BBLF executive director George Ruitchev kicked off the meeting by reminding that the Meet the BBLF Success series aim to encourage member companies to share their entrepreneurship, achievements, innovations and good CSR practices with their business peers. The format is designed to also encourage the direct exchange of knowledge and experience, and with it the networking and partnerships within the BBLF community.

The event took place in the new coworking space MyFlex at Megapark - a first-class office building with a modern design, a combination of "green" office spaces that stimulate creativity and collaboration, and a shopping mall with many different services for the convenience of workers.

Stela Zlatkova, leasing manager of Megapark, pointed out the advantages of the building with an emphasis on the environmentally friendly transformations and innovations - green energy from 100% renewable sources, energy-saving processes, automated BMS technology for energy efficient management, electric charging stations, waste separation facilities, new green areas.

Denitsa Kostadinova, operations manager of MyFlex, presented this latest project of Lion's Head, which is operated by the consulting company C&W Forton. Located on floor no. 9, MyFlex is the result of an analysis of current trends in Europe and the world meeting the current needs of employees: shared offices complemented by separate areas for relaxation and meetings, open green spaces and a host of services. The new space offers employers not just offices, but a complete service - fully equipped and serviced workspaces designed with distinct flexibility and fostering communication and collaboration. The venue also has meeting and event rooms of varying capacities. 

Guests from BBLF member companies had the chance to be among the first visitors of  MyFlex and had a guided tour to explore the state-of-the-art co-working spaces. Among the attendees were BBLF Chairman Levon Hampartsumian and CEOs and senior managers of Alliance Print, Interlang, Postbank, Sodexo, Tangra, Hyatt Regency, Bagri Farm, Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

The event ended with a networking cocktail on the terrace.
