Meet the BBLF Success Launched at Lindstrom Bulgaria

The Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum launched its Meet the BBLF Success initiative on 24 November. Our first host was Lindstrom Bulgaria and our partner was the Finnish Embassy in Sofia. We are grateful to them for their kind cooperation.

Meet the BBLF Success is an exclusive event that seeks to present the inspiring success stories of our member companies in all sectors: their entrepreneurship, development, achievements, innovations andbest CSR practice. The initiative also aims to foster contacts and business collaborations within BBLF.

The first company to avail of this special opportunity was Lindstrom Bulgaria, a market leader in providing work clothes and mats for rent that offers hands-on, cost-effective and easy-to-use solutions. Ventzislav Boyadjiev, Executive Director presented the local branch of the global company that was founded in Finland in 1848.

Achieving the highest level of sustainability is at the core of the business model of Lindstrom. To this end the company not only rents textiles but also uses proven environmental methods for professional cleaning while implementing the concept of circular economy in its services. The process contributes to reducing the carbon footprint of both the company and its customers.

The guests from the BBLF business community had the opportunity to visit the service centre of Lindstrom Bulgaria and get to know in detail the basic operations and methods including high standards for quality and efficiency, wise use of natural resources, recycling, digitalisation among others. Please have a look at the pictures in the gallery below.

The event was attended by Kirsi Puronpää, Deputy Head of Mission, in charge of Consular & Trade, Finnish Embassy in Sofia.

Visitors included the CEOs and C-level executives of a dozen member companies: JTI Bulgaria, Benefit Systems, Sodexo Bulgaria, NLP Bulgaria, Penkov, Markov & Partners law firm, Titan Machinery Bulgaria, Murgova & Partners Attorneys at Law, UniCredit Bulbank, The Anglo-American School, Speedy, Dundee Precious Metals.

Our hosts were also represented by Alexander Alexandrov, sales manager of the workwear rental service and Alexander Toshev, sales manager of the mat rental service who took many questions from the audience.

The event was also attended by BBLF executive director George Ruitchev, deputy director Gabriela Marinova as well as Vladislav Mihov, BBLF Management Board member.

Lindstrom’s strict hygiene and safety rules as well as anti-epidemic measures were at place which limited the number of guests.
