Business Benefits of CSR in Tourism
On the 21st and 22nd of January BBLF organized a two day international conference on the topic of Business Benefits of CSR in Tourism. A panel of diverse and renowned international experts from the ski, golf and sea tourism addressed in front of a 100 participants the topic of responsible tourism in Bulgaria and abroad. BBLF has always been the pioneer in the field of CSR and as such throughout 2009 the Forum organized a series of seminars on the topic of “Corporate Social Responsibility in the Tourism Sector in Bulgaria”. The series of seminars and the international conference in January were carried out as part of the project called ‘Corporate Social Responsibility in the Tourism Industry in Bulgaria - the Facts and the Future’ with the help of a grant awarded directly from the EU to BBLF and its project partners.
