The Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum and ADDRESS Real Estate supported the initiative aimed at developing the potential of young people by being part of the Assessment Committee evaluating the work of the training firms participating in the "XII International Fair of Training Firms - TF Fest". "School meets the Business" was this year's platform that gathered students in Plovdiv on the 11th and 12th of April.
665 students of 88 training firms from Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia and Montenegro competed for this year's 10 awards. The interest in the "International Fair of Training Firms - TF Fest" is progressively increasing with every year and the number of participating schools and countries is growing.
"TF Fest" is an initiative of the Bulgarian Center of Training Firms (BUCT) and it gives students from proffessional high-schools the opportunity to present their ideas and vision of developing entrepreneurship. Their efforts were evaluated by an Assessment Committee composed of professionals from the real business. This is the largest fest in Bulgaria which presents the work of training firms and where participants can demonstrate their business skills, lead negotiations, conclude transactions and carry out banking operations with their counterparts from other training firms participating in the "TF Fest".
The Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum is a partner of the Bulgarian Center of Training Firms (BUCT) which has the status of an independent unit to the Ministry of Education and Science since 1999. Together BUCT and BBLF carry out the project "Business Hour" which is dedicated to students from proffessional high-schools. The aim of the "Business Hour" class is to meet the employees of BBLF member companies with the students and give them the opportunity to interact with business professionals and learn about their experience from the day-to-day business and hear their personal success stories.
