Questionnaire

1. How does the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility correspond with the mission and heritage of your company?
FTS believes that in the time of transition to an information society, business responsibility towards society may have other dimensions and ways of expression. FTS is not a company which scales may permit participation or organization of significant charity campaigns. Our activity is not related to the environment and respectively does not suppose contribution in this area. What we consider important and meaningful is to cooperate for increase of the technological level in Bulgaria and for the application of globally approved business models. Our everyday activity is related with education of our clients and their familiarization with the contemporary management practices, with promotion of the work in Internet environment, with building of virtual connections between separate business agents. We are convinced that a natural result from our work is the enhanced translucence and trust between the companies, as well as the higher level of acquaintance in the area of informational technologies and management standards.

2. What is your company's CSR involvement with the COMMUNITY?
In addition to what was said in p.1, the more interesting manifestations of FTS are related with the organization of a series of seminars presenting the world business practices in the area of management and co-organization of national conferences for project management and usage of informational tehcnologies when evaluating the credit risk.

4. What is your company's CSR attitude towards your EMPLOYEES?
Traditionally, FTS invests in the education of its employees - both domestically as well as with their inclusion in various programs of our international partners. A policy of our company is the long standing employees to be promoted to management positions in the offices of FTS outside Bulgaria. Another tradition is the additional health insurance of our employees and their families and undertaking a significant part of the expences for education outside the firm (ACCA, MBA).

5. What is your company's CSR involvement with YOUNG PEOPLE and EDUCATION?
FTS Bulgaria participates in the project "Bulgarian Dream" towards the Ministry of Economics. The project is directed to the youg people in Bulgaria who have the required qualification and want to work and develop in our country. On this project FTS appointed interns, part of who are now on regular job at our company. For the future, FTS Bulgaria is again going to participate in various projects related to the young people in Bulgaria.

6. What is your company's practice of BUSINESS ETHICS?
An activity which is in contradiction with the accepted principles of a socially responsible behavior, is incompatible with the tradtitions and understanding of FTS.
