1. How does the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility correspond with the mission and heritage of your company?
Cosmos Software Enterprises LTD. is a company completely dedicated to research, planning and development of software and communication solutions and services. From the look of our 10 years experience in the above areas we believe that our aspiration to success is best served by acting in socially responsible manner and by, corporately, being a good citizen. We believe that our clients should always be served in the optimal way and our solution should go beyond client expectations. Regarding our products our purpose is to offer a perfect balance between technology, time and price. Our goal is to never compromise with quality.

2. What is your company's CSR involvement with the COMMUNITY?
Our company was one of the first to donate money for the building of Professor John Atanasoff’s monument in Bulgaria.

We believe that the combination of trust, openness, teamwork and professionalism is the key to success. Investing in our employees is a company priority. We make every effort to train and motivate our staff thus turning their potential into a driving force. We give our employees the opportunity to expand their knowledge in their areas of interest with different courses and books. We organise team building weekends and we aspire to satisfy all the needs of our employees.


5. What is your company's CSR involvement with YOUNG PEOPLE and EDUCATION?
A big part of our employees have started their professional career as interns in our company. Our company helps young professionals to turn into practical expertise what they have learned at university and to improve their knowledge in the area of computer science.

6. What is your company's practice of BUSINESS ETHICS?
We believe that it is vital to found our business on Loyalty, Respect and Honesty. The word to describe the relations in our company and all of its clients, employees and partners is Trust.
