1. How does the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility correspond with the mission and heritage of your company?
As a human resource consultant our mission is to create awareness that any organisation lives mainly through its human resources. This is crucial in times of discontinuous expansion and radical value changes.

4. What is your company's CSR attitude towards your EMPLOYEES?
Our employees are our biggest asset. The work is organised in a way that gives everyone a chance to develop his/her personal characteristics and professional abilities. Our aim is not to allow working in our company to have any negative effects on the private life of our employees.

5. What is your company's CSR involvement with YOUNG PEOPLE and EDUCATION?
Whenever it is possible, we take part in events with young people, giving them information about how to analyse their strong sides and how to find a job, where they could develop their skills in the best possible way. We have had several meetings with students from the American University in Bulgaria, New Bulgarian University and Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

We accept and keep standards of Business Ethics.
