1. How does the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility correspond with the mission and heritage of your company?
As a Scandinavian owned company the CSR is perfectly linked to the heritage and both the vision and the mission of our company!

2. What is your company's CSR involvement with the COMMUNITY?
Radisson SAS Grand hotel is supporting the “House for kids with mental problems” in Gorski Senovetz village, Strajiza region; we provide food clothing, medicines, toys and equipment for improving children’s physical condition; VAN was donated to the house to support the transportation of the kids. On regular basis staff members are visiting the house to spend time with the children.
Radisson SAS Grand hotel supports the ‘New Symphonic Orchestra’ and a lot of cultural events, taking place in the city.


3. What is your company's CSR involvement with the ENVIRONMENT?
In a nutshell the: company is trying to diminish the ecological harm that a hotel could do. We have battery disposal box; only detergents with eco labels are bought, no matter that they may be more expensive; the waste is separated and special companies are coming to collect; the guests are kindly invited to support our initiatives by using less towels, for example, which leads to less washing and less detergents; in the public are only energy saving bulbs are used.


4. What is your company's CSR attitude towards your EMPLOYEES?
Each of us in Radisson SAS Hotels is entrusted with the responsibility of managing, organizing and diverting the kind of service the guests appreciate. The development of our most valued resource – the employees – is a top priority and challenge

5. What is your company's CSR involvement with YOUNG PEOPLE and EDUCATION?
Radisson SAS offers practical internships to national hotel schools and universities. During these internships students rotate within different functions, jobs or positions. It is our goal to convert the internship students into Radisson SAS employees, once they graduated.

6. What is your company's practice of BUSINESS ETHICS?
We, at Radisson SAS, called it Responsible Business. It encompasses the company core values such as:
1.Take responsibility for the health and safety of our employees and customers
2.Respect social and ethical issues in the company and community
3. Reduce our negative impact on the natural environment
