CSR PROFILE BOOK Questionnaire 1. How does the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility correspond with the mission and heritage of your company? All AIMS Human Capital employees believe that behind every great vision, great brand or great service there are numerous individuals who deliver on the promise to the client. Therefore, it is the Company's mission to discover, train and develop key talent essential to the future of each organisation. AIMS embraces change, encourages innovation and is driven by creative insight and commitment to people. CSR CATEGORIES 2. What is your company's CSR involvement with the COMMUNITY? AIMS Human Capital (Bulgaria) contributes to several community initiatives, some of which are: Hospice "Milosardie": each month the Company and its employees give their share to support the Hospice activities; the company is a regular donor to the Bulgarian Red Cross and has received an official certificate for being a key supporter of the Organisation. Art Project: for more than three years now, the Company's premises have served as a gallery space for young Bulgarian artists. The purpose is to support talented individuals by offering a free exhibition space for Bulgarian art. The Firm prompts business and art to share their small donations for orphanage charity by organising social events and ensuring publicity of the projects. AIMS has been the initiator and project leader of the career advisory project of the BBLF for three years now, helping the project grow into what are now the BBLF Business Master Classes. It had been in regular contact with and of assistance to university graduates for another four years before the start of the initiative. The main purpose of the projects is to support graduating students in finding suitable jobs and plan a successful career in Bulgaria. 3. What is your company's CSR involvement with the ENVIRONMENT? ____________________________________ 4. What is your company's CSR attitude towards your EMPLOYEES? The Company encourages the personal and professional development of its employees and creates broad perspectives to state-of-the-art practices in the HR field. The corporate culture embraces creativity and innovation. AIMS Human Capital (Bulgaria) is a place where new ideas are openly discussed and implemented and mutual trust and respect are well established in the relationships. The Company believes that behind its success stands the team effort of all of its employees. Each employee has full access to all training programmes organised by AIMS, and personal development plans are created around the employees' strengths, preferences and ambitions. 5. What is your company's CSR involvement with YOUNG PEOPLE and EDUCATION? In 2001 the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum and AIMS Human Capital Bulgaria in cooperation with the Student Career Advisory Centre launched a joint initiative called Career Advise Project. Universities' Career Days are yet another project the Company is involved in on an annual basis. In the seminars its consultants train the students on how to prepare their job application documents and how to make winning presentations at interviews. Consultants meet students from almost all Sofia-based universities and universities in Blagoevgrad, Svishtov, Varna and Bourgas. 6. What is your company's practice of BUSINESS ETHICS? The activities of the Company are based on major ethical principles: To constantly meet and exceed the expectations of AIMS's clients and candidates by rendering a service which is professional, flexible, transparent and specially tailored to each and every individual requirement. To provide creative solutions in finding the best talent, in keeping and developing individuals according to the clients' high standards. To fully and honestly represent both clients and candidates.
