5. What is your company's CSR involvement with YOUNG PEOPLE and EDUCATION?
Actavis supports secondary education and in 2003 donated chemistry software and computers to several high-schools specialised in different areas of education. The Company also supports the university communities. Actavis participates in a number of initiatives /such as ‘Manager for a day', the Business Master Classes, etc./ for supporting young people in their choice of the most suitable working place and position.

6. What is your company's practice of BUSINESS ETHICS?
Trough the procedures aimed at controlling different activities the Company stands for and encourages the loyal work of all of its employees. Such requirements are part of the managerial and labour contracts of the entire personnel. Actavis maintains a continuous and open dialogue with various interest groups: it is committed to investing in and working with the communities in which it operates, including universities, research groups, non-for-profit and political organisations, customers, suppliers, public authorities and representatives of the financial community. Actavis supports the local communities in Razgrad, Dupnitza and Troyan, where the its plants are located. The Company always consults the local authorities first to make sure that it does meet the needs of the communities. After signing the privatisation contract, Actavis helped to improve the infrastructure in Dupnitza, Troyan and Razgrad, and proved a socially responsible company.
