1. How does the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility correspond with the mission and heritage of your company?
ADIS Ltd. sticks to the European model of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that is focused on operating the core business in a socially responsible way, complemented by investment in the community for solid business case reasons. Many projects that ADIS Ltd. initiates prove that Corporate Social Responsibility plays a crucial role for strengthening the bonds between the Company and the community.
The long-term socially responsible policy of ADIS Ltd. is an indicator of an involvement-in-the-community model of CSR. The projects initiated by the Company make an essential part of the social policy of ADIS, whose main goal is to involve everyone in improving the quality of living and preserving the urban environment in the city that we work and live in.

2. What is your company's CSR involvement with the COMMUNITY?
ADIS Ltd. has participated in many charitable activities that have aimed at improving the quality of life of both the Company's clients and ordinary citizens. In 2002 the Company was one of the principal sponsors as well as co-founder of "Friends of the Doctors' Garden" Club, along with 12 diplomatic missions and companies that launched the "Saving the Doctors' Garden" Initiative.

Part one of the Initiative was aimed at saving the park and restoring its initial look. Part two included renovation works of the one of the historic symbols of the capital - the Doctors' Monument, situated in Sofia Downtown.

In 2003 an official opening of the renewed Doctors' Monument was held in Sofia Downtown.

Renovation works were carried out with the donations raised by the Initiative committee of "Friends of the Doctor's Garden" Club, diplomatic missions, companies and individuals.

Two fundraising charity concerts of the New Symphony Orchestra were held in September 2002 and May 2003.

Another social project of ADIS Ltd. is the Renovation of the "P.K.Yavorov" house-museum in Sofia Downtown. The idea and the funds for the renovation works are part of ADIS ' "The Real Things" campaign. The renovation works of "P.K.Yavorov" house-museum consist in cosmetic operations and they have not affected the architecture and decorative elements of the house facade as a monument.

The main objective of this campaign is supporting the cultural and historical monuments in Sofia. And to make people aware of the value of historical elements, improve their knowledge in this field and encourage them to take a personal interest in this subject so that they can better understand and preserve the wealth of cultural heritage. For the people, working at ADIS Ltd., these first steps are question of inner necessity and corporate values.

3. What is your company's CSR involvement with the ENVIRONMENT?
ADIS Ltd. will keep on its initiative for saving the cultural monuments and other historical elements of the urban exterior. The company hopes that other firms will join in too, because at ADIS they believe that the preservation of the cultural heritage, historical monuments and buildings, which are part of the architectural appearance of the Bulgarian cities, lies in the hands of Bulgarian business.


4. What is your company's CSR attitude towards your EMPLOYEES?
The Management team of ADIS Ltd. is charged to ensure ethical practices in the Agency and to cultivate strong interpersonal relationships with its employees. In Domestic Diplomatic Property Agency the goals of the organization have always been aligned with those of the employees. The staff should continuously be encouraged to develop their knowledge and skills in order to contribute to the success of the whole company.

In ADIS Ltd. there are two CIPS (Certified International Property Specialists) and another one yet to come. The CIPS certificate increases significantly the trust of the international client. Each foreign client should be certain that they will be welcomed by competent people who apply business and economic standards identical to the standards of the client's country; people that master the client's language and protect his interests, who will be loyal and will provide him with all legal and expert services necessary for the acquisition of real estate in Bulgaria.

ADIS Ltd. supports its employees by using the following motivational techniques: competitive remuneration package, quarterly bonus system according to business results, additional payment for formal clothes and food, and other forms of benefits and compensation such as qualification courses and participation in training programmes.

5. What is your company's CSR involvement with YOUNG PEOPLE and EDUCATION?
ADIS Ltd. established a scholarship in the area of real estate management. The long-term initiative of ADIS Ltd. is a step for the professional development of young people with excellent qualities and strong motivation to succeed. The purpose of the scholarship is to identify and give students an opportunity to train for a career in the real estate business, facilitate the students' transition from academic medium to the real practice.

ADIS Ltd. established its scholarship for the students from the University of Architecture, Geodesy and Civil Engineering (UACEG) as part of the "Future Real Estate Professionals" Campaign of the Company that also includes a one month training programme in the headquarter of ADIS in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Thus interns collect the necessary data for their graduation projects. They gain a valuable experience and develop important professional skills. They also establish useful contacts and experience teamwork in a dynamic business environment.

6. What is your company's practice of BUSINESS ETHICS?
For ADIS Ltd. business ethics is essential to its whole business and for building a reputation for good corporate citizenship. ADIS has articulated its corporate values, responsibilities and obligations in its Code of conduct. The Management of the Company encourages the improvement of its business practices and directs its efforts towards ensuring the highest ethical principles. ADIS Ltd. stands up for making the real estate market more transparent.
